Bonus to Volunteer Board Implemented.
* 1/2 of the registration fee to attend the National Speakers Convention for the Senior ranking president is paid by NYNSA
* National Speakers Association Membership dues of president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer is reimbursed after a complete term in office where all responsibilities are achieved. If while in office the volunteer does not fulfill their obligations, the transaction is not completed and the volunteer does not receive any compensation. Payment is made one month prior to the renewal date of the volunteer.
* The President must notify any volunteer in writing if they are not fulfilling their obligations according to the following schedule December, March, June. If these dates do not have any recorded comments of incomplete work the volunteer will have earned the NSA membership fee.
** If the acting board does not generate in profits, at least a sum equal to the necessary funding requirements fo the total compensation (revenue minus expenses), the board does not receive payment.
** If the acting board doe snot maintain a positive cash balance there will be no benefits.
** In any given term the board may opt to decrease the funding as long as all board members agree to this in writing. The decision however does not carry over year to year. The following year the funding returns to the above stated levels.
** If an executive director is hired this benefit is immediately terminated. |
