Mike is a student and implementer of stand-out-from-the-crowd marketing. He is fascinated with learning from those who have done it before…some of whom did it back in the early 1900s!.

One of his favorite non-entrepreneurial activities is cooking great food on his Big Green Egg, an unbelievable outdoor charcoal cooker. In fact his friends and family call him the ‘Green Egg Chef’ probably so he will continue to invite them over for the great show he puts on the and the great food he serves them.

Mike has many other areas he sinks his teeth into including making his own bagels and hearth-baked breads as well as some of the best pizzas you will ever eat (some of these are even baked on his Big Green Egg). He enjoys finding great-tasting wines at bargain prices, listening to all kinds of music.
