Blending a unique style of creativity, insight and humor about generational diversity in organizations, Beth helps clients create the best and most profitable workplaces. She is a founder of Generation Works, a company that focuses on generational issues in the workplace. As a speaker, consultant and writer she helps create workplaces where people of all generations want to be.

Beth graduated from the University of Buffalo with a Masters degree in Community Mental Health. She is board certified in continuing education and staff development and holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations. Beth is also a certified stress management trainer. In 2007, she was awarded the nationally acclaimed BridgeBuilder certification as a facilitator in generational topics.

A special interest in creative problem solving led Beth to earn a graduate certificate from the internationally recognized Creative Problem Solving Institute. She challenges audiences from healthcare, corporations, and the public sector to search for opportunities to improve and to engage in “solution finding!”

As a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Society of Training and Development, the Society for Human Resource Management and National Nurses in Staff Development, Beth is actively involved in professional development.

Beth’s expertise on generational issues is professional and very “relative”. Home life is filled with a nostalgic Traditionalist, a peace loving Baby Boomer, a career changing Gen Xer and a few undecided independent Millennials. With sensitivity, humor and the ability to identify solutions, Beth always focuses on maximizing the assets of four different generations!
